My husband and I were both patients at the Watauga office. My husband went in for an abcessed tooth and ended up having every upper tooth pulled and put in dentures that never fit because they told him his bone was gone. I went in for an abcessed tooth, ended up w/ 2 teeth pulled and a root canal. They exhausted all of our dental visits for the year in one visit This is not the worst of our experience with them. We got behind on ONE payment to them, (our portion after they had already billed our insurance for thousands of dollars), and today I received a phone call from a process server that was coming to my work to arrest me for theft of services if I did not give them money by 8 a.m. tomorrow morning. I was told if I don't pay, I will go to jail for a year and a half. What kind of people do un-necessary work, collect from your insurance for services never even needed, and then, after that, threaten to throw you in jail! Did they not make enough money off of us? What, does Dr Bonola have another molestation trial he needs to finance? DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS CLINIC!!!!!!! THEY ARE CROOKS!!!!!!!

This location and Dr. Joseph Bonola is unprofessional. Well before he was arrested for fondling a child, I had a different experience with him and his inexpereinced staff (dentists with less than 3 years of expereince). He came in the room where I was along with his staff...just people in general (so no privacy folks)telling me my issue was indiciative of young "black" girls, but I was an "old gal." I was 33 at the time (I guess too old for him to mess with or maybe not the right ethnicity. Who knows). This man even went so far as to release my medical records without my permission due to a complaint I made with the BBB...something they later had to apologize for and likely was fined heavily for. And all this was AFTER they refused to release my records (or lack thereof) to me. This place (Watauga Location and Keller where my husband went) will charge for work never performed that my double insurance coverage paid. I am still arguing with my insurance company about that. While those who want to deal with him deal with him. I am paying another dentist to do the work his newbies almost destroyed. Imagine my not being suprised at his arrest.

Run away from the Next Centruy Dental clinic as fast as you can!!! I have had only one visit and it was the worst medical experiance I have ever had. Dr. Joseph Bonola, at the Next Century dental clinic in Keller Texas, was loud, impersonal, rude, and did NOT even wear any protective gloves. I am a former national registered EMT and health safety is something that I notice. This quack was pushing major surgery, new braces, crowns, new fillings, and did not even review all my x-rays. He only viewed one profile shot or my film and then passed me off to another Dr. as if I were in a pit stop on the nascar circuit. I refused any further threatment after 2 hours and 40 minutes at the clinic in Keller Texas. The floors appeared dirty and the staff, although nice, seemed really young and inexperianced. I went home and did a google search and discovered on the WFAA news website a story, on April 12 2007, about Dr. Joseph Bonola being ARRESTED for indecency with a child under his medical care!!! Run away from this clinic and his other location in Southlake/Grapvine area. I can't believe this loud mouth quack still has his licence or isn't in jail somewhere.

I was a walk in patient at the Next Century Dental and they got me in within a decent amount of time but when i entered the x-ray, examination and surgery areas, I was treated as if i were placed on the back burner the whole time i was there. I was not greeted nor communicated with in a friendly or even professional level. The dentist who examined my x-rays was rude. For instance, "Only one in a thousand people don't have to have their wisdom teeth removed. Do you think you won the lottory or something?" and "I wish i would have won the (could not mention on yellowpages) lottory so I would have different physical features" These are actual things that the dentist himself said today when i visited. Also just seems as if there are a thousand other things going on and no one has time for the patient. To top it all off, I was charged $75 dollars for the visit and was never informed that there were any charge for an examination. I will never return to this dentist office and will never recommend anyone to go there.
